Hi, I’m Megan, the proud founder of Cove Coastal Cleans a business born from my love of creating clean, calm spaces that leave a lasting impression.

Before starting Cove Coastal Cleans, I worked in aged care and disability care. That chapter of my life taught me so much about empathy, attention to detail, and how important it is to create safe, welcoming environments. Those values still guide the way I run my business today, with genuine care, pride and a strong work ethic.

I’m also a busy mum of four incredible kids so I truly understand how hectic life can be. That’s exactly why I love what I do, taking the burden of cleaning off other people’s shoulders so they can focus on what really matters.

I’ll admit… I’m a bit of an over-communicator! But I believe clear, honest communication is everything. Whether it’s a quick text, a follow-up call or chatting through your specific needs, I always want to make sure we’re on the same page and that your expectations aren’t just met, but exceeded.

Cleaning isn’t just a job for me, I genuinely love it. There’s something so satisfying about transforming a space into something fresh, inviting and peaceful. I know firsthand how much a clean, organised home can lift your mood and bring a sense of calm to busy lives.

At Cove Coastal Cleans, my goal isn’t just to provide a service, it’s to create an experience. I want you to walk into your home and feel cared for, supported, and completely at ease.

Whilst I started Cove Coastal Cleans as a busy Mum of four who just wanted to help other families feel on top of life again… I definitely don’t do this alone anymore.

Ive been lucky enough to build the most beautiful little team.

Shanen is our Team Leader, and also my sister in law, which makes it even more special. She was right there when I first took the leap from doing this on my own to building a team, and I honestly couldn’t have done that stage without her. She holds our standards high, is incredibly thorough in every clean, and welcomes everyone happily. She accepts people exactly as they are and brings such a steady, positive energy to our days.

Laila is steady, reliable and always happy to show up ready to work. She loves a laugh, enjoys a good chat when the moment is right, and always makes sure the job is done properly.

Eryn is always up for a chat and brings such an easy, friendly energy to our days. when it’s time to work, she gets straight into it, getting the job done efficiently. She is always happy to lend a hand to the rest of the team or to our clients.

We show up with music ready, positive energy and zero judgement. We know life gets messy, kids, work, sport, laundry… we get it. Most of us are mums too!
